Biography
Dr. Heba Abu Ayada is a Jordanian academic and researcher specializing in Educational Leadership and Administration. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Jordan and serves as the Chair of the Department of Educational Administration at the Islamic University of Minnesota. Her research interests focus on strategic planning, artificial intelligence in education, educational leadership, digital transformation, community partnerships, and the development of educational institutions. Dr. Abu Ayada has made significant scholarly contributions to the field of education through numerous peer-reviewed publications and specialized books. Her publications include works on strategic planning and community partnerships, as well as communication skills and leadership. Through her academic and research endeavors, she is committed to advancing educational quality, developing educational leadership, fostering effective partnerships between educational institutions and communities, and promoting innovation and sustainable development in education.
