The administration carries out monitoring procedures and investigations in various sectors of the university to ensure the safety of work, good performance, and focuses on monitoring reports and achievements to identify areas of weakness and cases of non-compliance with duties or task completion. It ensures compliance with established systems, regulations, and procedures, monitors the regularity of employees' attendance, and provides any suggestions that contribute to improving workflow.
