• Activate and apply all functions related to management information systems applications available to universities.
•  Developing applications that maximize the use of management information systems, such as the standard Dashboard and mobile applications. 
• Ensure integration between all applications that are submitted through the electronic university management systems unit.
•  Linking the university's electronic management systems applications to the university's electronic portal.
