• Following up the development of study schedules with the schedule coordinators in the scientific departments.
•  Entering study schedules into the academic system.
•  Following up the development of study schedules for faculty members, and determining the necessary modifications. 
• Communicate with department heads to limit the schedules of faculty members in each department. 
• Inform students of everything related to study schedules through supervisors and department coordinators.
