• Polling students' opinions about final exam schedules. 
• Setting final exam schedules in coordination with the departments.
•  Following up the vocal rooms and coordinate times to avoid overlapping between departments.
•  Examining the appropriate methods for the process of monitoring and distributing tests among students.
•  Daily follow-up of the progress of the final exams during the exam period, and preparing a daily report on it.
