The college aspires to:

• Establish a refereed and classified scientific journal for research related to development studies in all its departments.
• Establish an electronic consultation center for development projects within the main university website, specific to the college, to provide services related to institution management and crisis management.
• Innovate new educational units and methods that are compatible with the education system at the university (online).
