He is an expert in the digital economy and serves as a consultant to a number of international organizations and institutions, with experience spanning economics, law, technology, public policy, and strategic planning. He has a diverse body of research published in leading international peer-reviewed journals. His research addresses issues related to the digital economy, digital sovereignty, digital strategies, telecommunications infrastructure, cybersecurity, technological transformation, and sustainable development, in addition to topics in political economy and public policy. He has also participated as a keynote speaker in numerous academic conferences and seminars. He serves as a peer reviewer and a member of scientific committees for several academic journals. His professional experience extends to the telecommunications and information technology sector, further strengthening his ability to bridge academic research with practical application and policymaking. His research focuses on analyzing the transformations imposed by digital technology on the international and domestic economies, and on exploring ways to strengthen digital sovereignty, strategic autonomy, technology localization, national capabilities, and sustainable development through interdisciplinary approaches that integrate economics, law, technology, and strategic planning.
